FORGIVENESS

FORGIVENESS :

Luke 23:34 Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.”

Dear Friends,

The Holy Bible clearly says that the forgiveness is the very important and greatest character of our living GOD. This is the reason Jesus Christ forgave the sins of His cruel enemies, even though they tortured, mocked, spit on His face, scourged, bitten and nailed Him on the cross without any mercy and humanity. But we are the modern Christians we do not forgive others even in small matters. We are the modern Christians we pray very well, we preach well, we go church very well, we give tithe and offering very well; but in the matter of forgiveness we are like “well without water”. Regarding forgiveness we forget Jesus Christ, we forget Holy Spirit, and we forget GOD the Father and even the word of GOD. The word of ‘forgiveness’ becomes bitterness to us.

This is the reason, The Lord says to the Morden Christian…..Matthew 6:14-15 “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Matthew 18:35 “So My heavenly Father also will do to you if each of you, from his heart, does not forgive his brother his trespasses.” Mark 11:25 “And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. Colossians 3:13 bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.

THE CHRISTIAN LIFE IS VALUELESS AND WORTHLESS WITHOUT FORGIVENESS…
